Visit a host congregation that provides shelter and meals for families who are experiencing homelessness. Enjoy dinner, fellowship and see how churches set up to host families in the Family Promise Emergency Shelter program.

- Cost: Free
- Donation: Bring a dish to share for the “Palm Sunday Pot Luck” dinner.

- Creative Crafts for a Cause: Handmade Backpacks and Compassion Kits for Homeless Neighbors
InSight Magazine (UCI) and Irvine4Everyone are partnering together to host a family-friendly, all ages welcome, creative crafts and compassion session. We welcome you to join us in the fun of helping others. We will write compassion notes, assemble supplies and help our seamstresses sew backpacks into which all kit supplies will be placed.

- Fly Away Home Experience by leveraging existing Book Groups

- Read and discuss this 1993 book about a boy and his dad who are homeless and live in an airport. The book is written by an Irish woman and an acclaimed children’s author who has lived most of her life in California.
